Will resizing reduce video quality?
Resizing requires re-encoding, which involves some quality tradeoff. Choosing CRF 18 delivers near-lossless output. Upscaling a low-resolution video will not add detail — quality is limited by the source resolution.
What is the difference between Scale, Stretch, Pad and Crop?
Scale resizes the video while keeping the original aspect ratio, which may leave empty space. Stretch fills the exact target size but may distort the image. Pad adds black bars to fill the frame without distortion or cropping. Crop fills the frame and trims the edges that don't fit.
Is my video uploaded to a server?
